This issues Fantomah-story isn`t made by fletcher Hanks. It`s by W.B.Hovious (a fake name), and in it, Fantomah is a woman with heightened senses and has the physical prowess of a typical Jungle hero. She also has a bit of magical abilities. No more flaming skulls and weird punishments, though. There`s still an effort to make stories with Hanks style.
Characters: Tabu, Camilla, Simba, Captain Thunder, Fantomah, Ka'a'nga, The Red Panther, Wambi the Jungle Boy
