Pellon Cross confronts the Pope, learning of the Church's plan to build a super weapon that will bring world domination. Responding to Orion Assante's investigation, Cross disbands the board of the Deva Princes, thus weakening any hopes Assante has of exposing Pope Innocent's plan.
