Undersecretary Screwtape writes a series of letters to his nephew and junior tempter Wormwood concerning Wormwood's unnamed charge. After the second letter, the "patient" becomes a Christian, but Screwtape continues to encourage, enjoin, and embarrass Wormwood into tempting him toward damnation. Since the letters are written from a demon's perspective, "Our Father" refers to Satan, and "the Enemy"...
