The Tick: Days of Drama — New England Comics
Issue: #1
The Tick and Arthur return to The City, only to find that all the local superheroes are gone! Evidently, they've all moved to another "cooler" city, Blissburg, a gated community where the town government caters to costumed do-gooders: clean streets, nice homes, low taxes, and most importantly, easy-to-beat super-villains whose crimes can be scheduled like a golf match!
