Brickman Begins — Active Images
Issue: #1
Introduction by Alan Moore. Long before Watchmen, Dark Knight and the hardbitten heroes of latterday, Brickman put the stupor into "super," the dim into "grim," and those little chips of cement into "gritty." Bursting out of the Brickcave with Brickarang in one hand and his sidekick, Trowel, in the, um, other hand, Brickman led the British Invasion... down a blind alley!
