Four years have passed since our heroes' last adventure, and the mechanistic macho men seek to retire to the simple live. However, 009 remains as fast and furious as his nom de guerre, Hurricane Joe, a hotshot race car driver. But a yellow flag is raised when Joe encounters the mysterious, dark power of the Black Ghost. Just when 009 thinks he's out, they keep dragging him back in!
