Produced by Atlas Publishing, the first Avengers Annual saw John Steed working with Mrs. Peel, and the subsequent two annuals saw him partnered with Tara King. The Avengers also appeared in some TV Comic Annuals around the same time as The Avengers Annuals, and would subsequently get their own annuals again in 1976 to tie in with the show's TV revival as The New Avengers.
