Belle was my first published sexy comic and follows Queen Kristina and her bedfellow Ebba Sparre in the months leading up to Kristina’s abdication of 1654. Based on historical research and letters exchanged between the two women, Belle was an overambitious and self-indulgent project and I love it dearly to this day.
