After two Muppet Show Annuals from Brown Watson, Grandreams took over the license in 1979 to publish the 1980 Annual (UK annuals traditionally being dated the year after they were printed to prolong shop shelf-life). Grandreams would publish an annual each year until 1984's Muppet Show Annual 1985, six annuals in total.
